Voting by absentee ballot

In Pennsylvania, you must vote at your own precinct’s polling location on Election Day. You can apply for an absentee ballot if you expect to be away from your precinct on Election Day.  To apply, download and print an absentee ballot form here. Leave items blank where you do not know the answer (e.g., ward, district).

Mail your absentee ballot to your county registration office. In Indiana: 825 Philadelphia Street, or drop it off at the basement of the county courthouse.

If you recently registered to vote, you should be receiving your voter registration card in the mail soon – if you haven’t already. To check on the status of your voter registration or absentee ballot, call your county registration office.

Finally, Vote this November! Polls open 7:00AM-8:00PM

Am I registered? Where's my absentee ballot? Where do I go to vote?
For your voting-related questions, call the Indiana County Voter Registration office at 724-465-3852.

If you're voting for the first time in your precinct, be sure to bring a valid form of ID.
